Zoo Atlanta – “Behind the Scenes” Tour – Sat. 4/22 – Atlanta-Peachtree Lodge

Brethren. . .

This is a reminder of the “Behind the Scenes” tour at the Atlanta Zoo, coming up this Saturday (4/22) at 10:00 a.m. Those participating should meet at the Flamingo Pool — which is just inside the front gate — at 10:00 a.m. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. The tour will last between 90 minutes and two hours.

TICKET INFORMATION:  You can save money by going online to the Zoo Atlanta – Conservation in Action website and purchasing your tickets ahead of time. They are more expensive at the gate. Directions to the zoo are also available on the Zoo website.

The tour is being conducted by Melissa Casteel King, education director of the zoo.  Because we will be going into areas that are generally off-limits to the public, this special tour offers an opportunity to see the zoo from a different perspective.
This activity is especially for the members of Atlanta-Peachtree Lodge and their families, so you are encouraged to bring the entire family — children, grandchildren, etc.

Please be on time. At the end of the tour, you may remain inside the zoo to walk around and further enjoy the experience.

If you know of any brother of the Lodge that is not copied on this message that you think would like to participate in the outing, please feel free to send this along to them.
